We  are  a team of spiritual activists  working from the inside out — love, peace and joy from our hearts, in our homes, in our friendships, in our jobs, in our communities, with other nations and with the rest of the world.   We agree that the problem facing the world today is not a political problem, it is not an economic problem, and it is not a military problem.  It is a spiritual problem.

At the core of our conflicts and suffering is what we behold as sacred or most important to us.

The  New   Spirituality  is  not  a   new   religion but an expansion and deepening of our beliefs.  By this we come together and see our diversity as a gift and not a problem; we become more aware that at the very core of our being we all want the same thing:  Love.

As a Civil Rights Movement for the Soul we move from the core of our conflicts to the core of our being where We Are One.

Humanity's Team, a non-profit and non-member organization, was founded by Conversations with God author Neale D. Walsch in 2003 primarily to communicate and implement the New Spirituality.  Born in Milwaukee, USA, he grew up as a Roman Catholic, then he explored other belief systems  when his life took a nosedive and he found himself on an extraordinary spiritual roller coaster.  Neale has written numerous books before and after forming the team and what catapulted him to do this was the yet another breakthrough Tomorrow's God, which describes in detail The New Spirituality.  To this day millions of people are still raving about Conversation with God Book 1,  which stayed on the New York Times bestseller list in the non-fiction category for more than two and a half years, because it never fails to draw very different people together while it serves as the centerpiece for  dialogue among them.  What he says is the last of his dialogue series is Home with God:  In a Life That Never Ends.   His other work, Happier Than God: Turn Ordinary Life into an Extraordinary Experience, is said to be a mastery class in spiritual awakening.

The  Philippine  Team is  a  growing  community  that  has  witnessed the  enlightenment of many souls mainly from a God of fear and punishment and the emancipation of those who remained in the phantasmal clutches of collective judgment and non-forgiveness spanning centuries.

5 Steps to Peace

Humanity's Team is a Global grassroots movement embodying
oneness with a profound respect for cultural diversity and
responsibility for all of life. We are dedicated to raising
consciousness through living our life with purpose, being a loving
presence, and serving through authentic leadership. As
Spiritual Activists, we are united in our passion to awaken
society to oneness as a community of joyful, loving, peaceful
and harmonious beings. By our conscious use of the
5 Steps to Peace and our involvement in local and global
good works, we pledge to change the face of humanity in
one generation.

Peace will be attained when we, as human beings...

Permit ourselves to acknowledge that some of our old beliefs about God and about Life are no longer working.

Explore the possibility that there is something we do not understand about God and about Life, the understanding of which could change everything.

Announce that we are willing for new understandings of God and Life to now be brought forth, understandings that could produce a new way of life on this planet.

Courageously examine these new understandings and, if they align with our personal inner truth and knowing, enlarge our belief system to include them.

Express our lives as a demonstration of our highest beliefs, rather than as a denial of them.

The New Revelations: A Conversation with God by Neale Donald Walsch

I commit  to  increasing  my  consciousness  of cultural  diversity  within  my  own country, as well as around the world, so that my Humanity's Team work and that of my teammates will reflect this consciousness.

This consciousness   includes  respect   for  cultural   differences  such as  language,  dress  and traditions,  the ways   societies  organize   themselves,  their  values  and  religions,  and   the  ways   they   interact   with    the environment.
